1) How do I reserve a service?
Click the reserve button. Fill out the request form with details of your event.
2) How long will it take to get a response after I have requested a quote?
We will respond within 24 hours of your request with availability and/or a quote.
3) Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 25% deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving the quote to secure the service.
4) When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. A confirmation email with delivery details will be sent 2 days before your event.
5) What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a refund of your deposit, reservations must be cancelled 5 days before the event date. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 5 days of the event.
6) Forms of payment accepted?
Payments via Paypal or Cash.
